Thank you for shopping with us. This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed and delivered.


Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is confirmed.
Once processed, orders are fulfilled and shipped by our fulfillment partner.


Fulfillment & Shipping Method

To ensure fast and reliable delivery, we use Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfilment (MCF) to ship orders directly from Amazon fulfilment centres.

Orders may be delivered by Amazon Logistics, USPS, UPS, FedEx, or other regional carriers, depending on your location and selected shipping method.

Please note:

  • Packages may arrive in Amazon-branded or unbranded packaging

  • Orders containing multiple items may ship separately


Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (when available)

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or peak shipping seasons.


Shipping Locations

We currently ship within the United States only.

We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or restricted locations.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, a shipping confirmation email with tracking information will be sent.
Tracking details may take 24–48 hours to update after shipment processing.


Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout.
We are not responsible for delays, losses, or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.


Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Orders

If your order is delayed, damaged, or marked as delivered but not received, you must report the issue within 7 days of the delivery date.
We will work with our fulfillment partner to investigate and resolve the issue.


Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders may only be modified or cancelled before fulfillment begins.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, changes or cancellations may not be possible.
